A counseling session is a process where the client and the counselor come together with a common objective of addressing, identifying and analysing an individuals strengths and 'strengths to be', effectively. The process consists suggestions from the counselor and an expectation of its implementation. The personal growth of an individual and the process objective can only thus be attained.

It helps people develop deeper self knowledge, improves attitude and self-perception and better relationship management. The counseling session depends on the requirement of and individual and the objective it wishes to attain. It can vary from personal counseling to career counseling etc. depending on its requirement by the D.M.I.T report interpretation.
